In a way, the environment is everything. Without the environment, humans wouldn’t be around. It stands to reason, therefore, that humans should care about the environment. The environmental discussions on this site will be primarily focused on issues of human impact on the environment. While mostly that means avoiding or limiting negative impacts, there may be occasions where humans can be of help, or have a positive impact. That does seem unlikely, but why rule it out? There are also areas where humans have caused damage (unintentionally we hope) and may be able to undo some of those negative effects.<\/p>\n
The possible sub-topics seem endless. There are some areas where we can collectively and\/or individually make significant progress toward reducing our impacts. It is in those areas where we hope to add impetus.<\/p>\n
